Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exactly what we needed for our weekend trip, always clean and well-equipped. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was an incident that left a sour note. The location was close to everything, but the neighborhood seemed a bit rough in certain areas. The dining options were limited but decent, and overall, I found the facilities satisfactory.
Upon arrival, the rooms looked like they were falling apart and infested with roaches. The service was unsatisfactory due to the unfriendly staff changing prices. The location was not very convenient being far from Downtown San Antonio. The dining options were limited, mostly consisting of basic items. However, the hotel is quiet with no major issues and close to Downtown San Antonio.
I found the hotel to be in a less-than-ideal location due to safety concerns, but the proximity to Downtown San Antonio was convenient. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, providing a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and helpful, though some aspects of cleanliness could have been better. The dining options were limited, primarily consisting of basic items. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable smell of mold in the air. The service was mostly friendly, with some lapses in cleanliness by housekeeping. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Downtown San Antonio, but there were issues with the air conditioning unit. The dining options were limited, with only basic breakfast offerings. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
Despite encountering a few roaches behind the bed and dresser, my stay with a group of seven people was great for the price. The hotel rooms were comfortable and affordable.
I found the hotel to have a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms looked old and showed signs of corrosion, but they were equipped with essential amenities like a coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, safe, micro fridge, alarm clock, and a large plasma TV with plenty of channels. The service was a bit of a hit or miss – one individual was unwilling to accommodate us for anything, while another staff member who helped with my reservation was exceptional and super helpful. The location seemed a bit rough overall, but it was convenient to downtown and I-35, with the Riverwalk within walking distance. The dining options were limited, only offering cereal, buns, coffee, and juice in the mornings. Despite these drawbacks, the fluctuating fees without clear explanations were concerning. The hotel did run a complimentary downtown shuttle every 15 minutes, providing some added convenience.
